Review requests and email

The review form prepares an email draft in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a website server. You can review, copy or download the request before choosing to send it through your email app. The page does not save your form answers in browser storage.

If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, business email, company, optional phone number and description of your enquiry. We use it to respond, arrange a conversation and discuss the work you are considering. Where you ask about a potential project, we use this information to take the steps you request before a possible contract. For general business correspondence, our legitimate interest is responding to and managing business enquiries. Please avoid sending sensitive customer or business documents in an initial enquiry.

Email is handled through our email service, Zoho Mail. Your own email provider also processes the message you send. Enquiry records may be kept while we handle the enquiry and where needed for related business records. We consider whether the enquiry is still active, whether it leads to a project and whether records are needed for legal or business obligations when deciding how long to keep it. Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, or object to its use. Email us to exercise these rights.

Fictional workflow demonstrations

The demonstrations use prepared fictional examples. Selecting a sample produces a simulated result in your browser. They do not upload documents, call an AI service or send messages. A CSV export is generated on your device when you request it.

Website operation and analytics

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process connection information such as your IP address and requested pages to deliver and protect the website.

We use Ahrefs Analytics for website visitor statistics on informational pages, to help us understand and improve the website. The contact page does not load this analytics script. Ahrefs describes its analytics as cookie-free; its service processes page URLs, referrers and browser information to produce visitor statistics. For information about that service, see Ahrefs Analytics and Ahrefs’ privacy policy. Do not enter personal information into website URLs.

Links to MyGredient, DualTake, app stores and other sites take you to services with their own privacy information. This page concerns the Mutelligence company website, rather than the privacy practices of either app.
